apply visa in canada

I have a stupid question. Is that possible to go to the visa appointment 1 hr later than your scheduled time? I have an appointment at 8:30 am in Calgary. I will arrive on the same day at 1am. However, I need to pay the application fee, but the bank won't open until 9am. Is that Ok that I show up at 9:30 for my 8:30 appointment?
