Your situation is completely different from that described in Pjiang老师的博客. I do not think you are qualified for Eb-1a at present because you are already a green card holder (permanent resident) even if the green card is conditional/temperary. If you can not transfer it to a permanent one some day later, you will be qualified to apply for a new green card based on EB-1a or any other categories.
