a friend of mine has been very upset since her attorney keeps charging her for doing nothing. Yes, 没见过如此黑和贪的绿师！怎么办？

1. what is the right way to deal with such a lawyer?
2. what outcome/impact will be if she refuses to pay lawyer's bill?
