pjiang 老师，刚给ＵＳＣＩＳ的representative通了电话．ＥＡＤ为何只给一年？

他说２年是给难民的，从７月１１日开始执行．　ＥＢbased 只给一年．　我该怎么办．　再打电话还有用吗？　
我的renew ＥＡＤ是６月交的，７月approve的．　应该是２年，但只给了一年．因为批的太快，实际上只能继续用９个月．　现在renew 的费用又这么高．
但如果很接电话的representative 说不通，又该怎么办？
