I do not think they have informed USCIS yet because your hu*****and are still working in he school/company now. Your hu*****and may tell Human Resource he needs to take some leave (without pay) in August, and will do the paperwork for leaving in the end of August. Then, just ask his new employer to file the transfer petition for him.

Just enjor happylife (as your ID) and do worry about this thing.
