Just do it yourself. Very simple procedure: a letter from your current employer indicating your job title, employment beginnig time, responsibilities, salary, etc., one cover letter by yourself indicating when you changed employer, your current working field is similar to the original area, etc. along with the receipts of your I-485 and I-140. That is it.
