It is reasonable and only fair to use original Notice Date, rather than Transfer Date, in determination with regard to processing dates. However, persons said they were told otherwise when contacting USCIS.

Since your ND is earlier than posted processing dates at TSC, why don't you share what turns out when you contact TSC?
