"My last H1B working day is 6/27/08",-什么意思?

看了LZ的帖子,很为LZ 着急. MYLAWYER 和PJING 的回答,完全不一样.但结果可能对
LZ产生很大影响(比如,你不知道H4 什么时候批,)我感觉是LZ 没说清楚造成的.
1)如果6/27/08 是你最后一天去公司上班,但你的H1B(I-94 有效期为准)直到新公司
给同意办H1B还没到期. ---考虑MYLAWYER 方案. ( USCIS 并不知道你已6/27/08被
雷)
2)如果6/27/08 是你法定H1B 到期日, 考虑PJING 方案..

我不是律师...只是替LZ着急...说的不对的话,请多包涵..
