新I-485 naive questions

我递交了I-485作为主要申请人(超过18个月前, EB3)。 现在我计划作为副申请人递交I-485加入我的hu*****and' s case(EB2)。他递交I-485超过了12个月. 我的 name check 通过了(knew from interview of my case)。

1. 我的新I-485有没有何方式告诉USCIS我的 name check 通过了？
2. Hu*****and 有没有需要再递交I-485 with me?
2. 我是否须递交一个新的体检表？
