如果老公在8月初到美国递交485，可否在两周内离开美国，以后再申请H-4或者等到AP下来后邮寄到中国后回美？

- After he gets the I-485 receipt, he can leave and come back with H-4 later. He needs to get the AP first in U.S. if he wants use AP to get back to U.S. from China.

如果老婆的485在老公递交485之前批准，是否不能再申请485而必须在美国之外等待申请移民签证？据说需要两年多时间。

- If he is in U.S., he can submit I-485 and if he is in China, he can go Consulate Processing (using follow-to-join in both situations).
