1.排期到了,H1B是不是就不能延三年了?
Yes. USCIS will check the VB before approving the 3-year extension.
2.排期到了,485还能不能转成CP,转成CP的话,会节省还是更费时间?
No. You can request CP before the approval of 485 and ask the approved I-140 petition to be transfered to the specific consulate.
3.不转成CP,那么下个月就要陪她回国看病,万一在国内呆个三个月,是不是就会放弃了485?
No. as long as your H-1b petition is still valid.
4.我的485 RD是08/01/2007,递交485后,什么更新都没有过.依照现在的情况,还要多久才能批准485?
Not sure. Ask USCIS.
