An interesting situation... what u think ?

Let's assume Auguest date forward to 6/1/2006, and suppose Mr.ABC has priority as 5/1/2006. So technically he is already in, right?

Then next month's VB out (sept), date goes back to 1/1/2006, but Mr.ABC's case has not be touched yet....

In above situation, after Spet VB out, the CIS will still keep processing his case based on Aug VB or will not based on Sept VB ?


Anyone has same situation before ????
