I got my 140 denial letter today. I have about 3 weeks left before appeal. I think there are lots of misunderstanding from immigration officer about my achievements in China. My current American lawyer cannot handle well in this part. I want to find a Chinese lawyer to do this. So, is it possible to ask a different lawyer to file motion to reopen or appeal, while the petition was sent by another lawyer? Thanks!!
