Help u fill coming in PL?

Hello:
I E-filled I 765 based on I 485 pending. After I submited it and printed out a receipt. I made two mistakes. First, I filled a wrong date about my OPT application date. I used my OPT stat date. Second, I am currentl H1B Researcher. But I used the default F1 Student.
What should I do now? Could you give me some advices?
