我丈夫的I-140 被拒(超过上诉期), H1b今年9月到期.(已经超过6年),

(1)我们可否再延H1b?

(2)我是H4,今年12月硕士毕业,已经有公司同意帮我半H1(但需要自己请律师), 可否现在开始办理?

Since his H-1b expires soon and you are the dependent, both you will be OOS after 09/08, unless
1) you have your H-1b approved prior to sep (if you were H-1b then you're more flexible in employers) and he COS to H-4; or
2) either you has EB-1 filed prior to 09/08 so you two could file I-485 concurrently.
