So you don't think the EAD/AP application with the new I-485 will be denied because the IO knows that our first AP/EAD will expire soon? thank you. My only worry is they deny the second set of AP/EAD, then my hu*****and will not be able to work and we'll probably have to go back to China to apply for H visa again. Horribly complicated.
