急! 急! !请教pijiang, xiaobaitu大侠,各位大侠前辈帮助!

苦呀！！！苦呀！！！苦呀！！！
I got REF for my 140/EB2. The REF asks to show last year tax return from the company I work with. The problem is this small company does not have the tax return, so I think my 140 will be denied. My 7th year H1b has 4 month left. What I am going to do?
Can I file PERM again within 4 month, if I get new job.

Please help me………Thank you very very much!!
