苦呀！！！苦呀！！！苦呀！！！
I got REF for my 140/EB2.
The REF asks to show last year tax return from the company I work with. The problem is this small company does not have the tax return, so I think my 140 will be denied.
My 7th year H1b has 4 month left.
What I am going to do?
Do I have time to find new job and file PERM again?

Please help me………Thank you very very much!!
