EAD renewal的receipt 被退uscis

搬家了，虽办理了usps新地址transfer,　但是EAD renewal的receipt 还是被邮局退回了uscis.　receipt被退回，是否case就被搁起，没有进入办理的正常程序呢。


不得已今天给uscis打了report了地址更改，被告知要等４５天确认更改地址。虽说在 case pending期间更改地址不会影响办理速度，但是我还没收到receipt, 不知道这样是不是要等４５天才能收到receipt. 就更别说要到什么时候才能批ead卡。

求各位有经验的给点建议吧。十分感谢！
