485 申请交结婚公证时，还必须交国内的离婚证明吗？

国内法院判决离婚，后又再婚，跟丈夫到美国，现准备同时申请绿卡，交485表时是否必须交国内的离婚证明（何种形式的郑明）？
还是只交现在的结婚公证就可以了？
