请教Xiaobaitu, 我的情况正常吗？

I got my EB1B 140 approval notice (TSC) from my attorney two months ago, but the USCIS online status still shows "received and pending" now. Is it normal for this online information.
I submitted 485 to TSC last August but transferred to NSC later. Do you think I need tell NSC my 140 has been approved?
