Xiaobaitu. Please help.

I got this 140 denial e-mail without RFE. I really feel it's weird to have this denial without RFE before. Friends told me that CIS can lost my surporting documents or lawyer did something wrong for filing material. What should I do now? Thank you very much in advance!

" We mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER. The notice explains why the denial decision was made and the options that may be available to you. If you have not received this notice within 30 days of the July 2, 2008, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance."
