请教皮匠老师That's out of status about my daughter

I checked my daughter's visa this morning.Some thing make me so fear.She entered U.S two months ago.Her visa's expiration date is May 21 2008.I saw a red stamp on the visa page.The CBP didn't write any thing in there. I saw another same red stamp on I-94.They wrote H4 class until oct 2008.That day is my H1 expiration date .Please ask 皮匠老师 my daughter's status is still safe.or already out of status.What can I do right now? Thanks a lot!
