If your university has not reported your "master program 1/31完成" to USCIS, your status is still OK. You had better also ask your univrsity to correct the error about your graduation date to 8/31/2008, not 1/31/2008. You must transfer your F-1 status to H-4 before I-20 的有效期 (8/31) expires. Your LD has to get an H-1 visa to come back to U.S., not AP. When your LD come back, you can file H-4 petition immidiately (if you worry about that very much, use Premium Processing ($1000) for the H-4 application).
