CBP 在你的 AP 上盖完章之后，还会手书一个日期，通常是一年为期（同 I-94）。这个日期在下面会解释。提醒注意的是，这个日期并不意味着是把你的 AP 的有效期延长了一年。
Where is explaination of effective date ? for example
If AP issue on 10/1/07
use it on 6/10/08 to entry port, so stamp date written as like until 6/09/09.
AP's effective date means until 6/09/09 not 10/1/08????
