Will salary cutcause problems

I applied for H1 visa in the September(is pending now) with the salary of
32750 starting date is Jan, 5th 2004. But because of the budget cut(I work for
an institute), my salary was cut to 31250. Will the salary cut cause problems
for the H1 application?
