请问,485 140 AP EAD都已经收到,现在等排期,何时为孩子申请

请问,我是主申请人,我是第三类优先移民,来自大陆.
我的485 140 AP EAD都已经收到,现在等排期,预计2010年.

预计要等两年,现在孩子13岁,律师说我两年后得到绿卡,也可以帮孩子申请,
我请问,孩子也需要从哪个时间开始再排亲属移民期吗?再能几年排队吗?
难道孩子至少还要等 2+2==4年吗?
