小白兔,我想请教一下绿卡丢了怎么办? 是否可以先用INFOPASS去LOCAL的移民局要求盖I-551的章,还是一定要先FILE了I-90后拿着收据去? 还是说我可以把填好的I-90表格带过去LOCAL移民局递交并同时要求盖I-551的章?哪种方法最可行?,因为很可能要准备回国,谢谢了!
