75% 算 full time 吗？

老板愿意sponsor我的I-140 （EB1B）. 但是我目前在单位是：75%。 这样可以被单位sponsor吗？

据老板说：75% is full time.

如果真的需要100%才算full time, 才能被sponsor for green card application，我再找老板谈。多谢解答！
