我们的案子是EB2，去年9月25号递交上的绿卡。到2007年的年底已经是180天了，于1月份换工作到现在的新公司，job title和工资所有的都没有变，跟原来的工作都是一个性质的，wage也都一样。但是1月份的时候我们并没有递交AC21。 到今年6月份，我们的排期已经是current的了，于是刚收到移民局的RFE,要求补充现在雇主的证明信，you must submit a currently dated letter from your intended permanent employer, describing your present job duties and position in the organization, your proffered position (if different from your current job), the date you began employment and the offered salary or wage. This letter should be in the original and signed by an executive or officer of the organization who is authorized to make or confirm an offer of permanent employment. The letter must also indicate whether the terms and conditions of your employment-based visa petition (or labor certification) continue to exist. 问题就是我们现在应该怎么做呢？是先交AC21，等一个礼拜之后，再交RFE.如果这样做，我们的AC21的日期可以写1月份么？还是说就只能写5月份或者6月份。 或者我们就把AC21和offerletter还有现在的雇主的证明信还有3个月的工资单都一起连着RFE交上呢？真的很困惑，很着急，希望那位大侠能在百忙之中解答一下我的问题。不胜感激！！！！有没有类似的案例呢？
