Why dont you call USCIS or write

a letter to push them a little bit harder?

My NIW 140 (DIY) got REF, too. After sub-mtted REF for 60 days, I called UUCIS and talked about my case, also I wrote a letter to request them to acclerate the processing of my case. Three days letter after call, my case was approved.
