Ask: NIW change field

I was a postdoc working in plant molecular biology and plant metabolism when I submitted I-140. My I-140 was approved and I-485 is still pending. Now I accepted a postdoc offer in cancer genetics. I wonder if the differnce in areas will cause problem for my GC application. How likely am I going to get a REF? Thank you very much!
