H1B 申请被拒的可能性有多大?
H1B petition will be approved if you and job are both qualified, so you really are asking about the COS decision. if COS approved, you have I-797A with I-94, if denied, you get I-797B and need to do visa interview. You need to do PPS bacasue 我要在8月20号之前ON CAMPUS, 并且拿到WORKING PERMIT, so you will know the COS decision in 15 days and act accordingly.
