Xiaobaitu: local interview 后140 已批，无approval notice, 想换工作

eb2 485pending >6 months, 换工作应注意什么？律师是公司律师，不配合可以另找吗？140 无approval notice, 但infopass 3 次，均告诉我140肯定批了，这样问题大不大？我的case file还在local office，说是等priority current就批485。
