NIW-140 approved Neb center (Jul 2007 file) no REF

I learned a lot from here. Now it's time to contribute some.
My case
PhD in USA ~ top 30 school bioscience. Now postdoc
1st author paper 3 (OK journal not top or bad). total 7. Citation ~ 30.
no award, patent etc. Letter tot 8 independent 6.
My research area is related with disease treatment, which I believe does match "NIW" well. Other that, overall I am OK, not strong or weak. so DO NOT freak out, it is definitely harder for NIW now but still not rediculous.

My lawyer really pushed me a lot to find all the "evidence". I spent more time to prepare than I had thought. As a matter of fact I did find some evidence (maybe even important evidence) which easily get ignored if i hadn't tried so hard. So I strongly suggest you to spend time and use all resources.
