想办加拿大技术移民。申请过程 ＆ time requirements

想办加拿大技术移民。我对申请过程的理解是：
1。先提出申请，
2。获得批准landing,
3. first landing, soon get maple card
4. 然后五年内须在加拿大呆满2年，
4. 然后即可获公民身份。

Is it correct? How long would it take for each phrase?
