请问我们如何拿到这笔钱

我和老公给国内的一个公司和美国的一个公司搭线做成了一笔生意。他们有一笔中介费用要给我们。我先生是H1B身份，我是H4的身份，请教有经验的朋友们，我们如何能合理地拿到这笔钱？万分感谢！
