received REF letter: 12/15/02, need response 03/15/03.
I didn't response this ref. In April 7, I asked a decision based on existing evidence.

The case is done by myself when I am still in school.

However my wife who is applied at same time as my dependent does not get any approve notice yet. Does anybody have same situation?
