急！130被拒导致485被拒，485方该FILE WHAT, TO WHERE?
- I-485 can not be reopened separately.
You, being beneficiary, are disqualified to file MTR.
When the petitioner files MTR on I-130, the I-485 is reopened automatically.

婚姻5年，已经要走到头了，不能再REFILE了。只想把暂时难关度过，以免收到递解令。
- As long as the divorce has not been official, I-130 is approvable.

Get to a lawyer for information on "Battered or Abused Spouse".
