Why do you bother to do that?

（1）如果她还没学完，可以申请F1延期吗？
If an alien filed AOS, he or she is no longer in F-1 status. If applying for F-1, AOS may be jeopardized.

（2）她可以申请OPT吗？是不是会被拒？
Since the alien is in AOS, she should use EAD to work.

（3）如果上面两项都不行，我准备帮她申请O2？（请问到底O1的亲属是O2还是O3）
O-2 Visa Support for O-1, such as an alien who would accompany O-1 to assist.

O-3 Visa Family of O-1 or O-2: Spouse or child of O-1 or O-2

In theory, she shall be classified as O-3.

（4）现在申请O2晚吗？她的F1到期还有不到2个月。是不是只要在她的F1到期之前拿到receipt就行。能加急吗？有加急吗？
Why she need an O3?

（5）她从F1转O2是不是只需要填539，还有她的材料和我的材料，谁能给个list，我们可以自己办吗？
