呵呵，那个头儿才是极品，说什么H1B加快$15,000

说过答应办绿卡的又说没说，整个一个liar, 他完全可以说,过了试用期才能办，或者一年以后，很多公司都是这种做法。而不是当liar，说自己没说过。

其次H1B的加快费就$1000，怎么加也到不了$15000。却扣了人家$15,000的signup bonus.
