Thanks for your quick response to my previous questions:

My EB3 I-140 & I-485 were filed concurrently 08/2007.
I used AP 05/2008 and I am using EAD. H-1 expired 04/2008.
My spouse is a US citizen. Because EB3 is not available now,
I would like to file I-130 & I-485& EAD concurrently.
My question is:

1. Am I allowed to have two I-485?
2. What "current status" should I fill in on my new I-485?
3. What is the "visa" numbber I should fill in my new I-485?-

I have one more question: When I apply EAD with my I-130,
is the EAD application cansidered a renewl, or a complete new
application? Thanks for your kind help.
