Please give me我个H4转F1的材料清单!!! Urgent!!!

I have the H4 Status. I got the Graduate Assistantship and will work 20 hours every week. I ask all the teachers and may transfer my H4 to F1 firstly. I do not have any document list for H4->F1. Please provide me one ! And I want to know how long it will take for finishing the transfer from H4 to F1!!! Thank you very much!!!
