relink successfully, 485 approved (NSC)

11/2006 EB1a 140 RD, 12/2007 EB1a 140 RFE, 02/2008 EB1a AP
请求 relink 02/2008, 打过无数电话，inforpass多次，无任何消息，485 也没有 update。 04/2008， 收到 NIW 140 RFE, 寄给我一个选项表格，让我 withdraw NIW 140, 很快一选撤销就寄回去了，485 也一直没有 update，也没有锯掉。
06/11/2008，收到email关于 welcoming the new permanent resident, and card production ordered.

奇怪的是 06/13/2008，收到 email 说，approved noticed mailed. 说我的485 已经批了，不知道为什么要有这样的通知。

对了，我的所有cases都在NSC.
