Relink successful and green card approved

I just received a phone call from an immigration officer, and was told that my green card has been approved.My I-485 was initially filed with EB2-niw I140, but this I140 is still pending and ask REF. My EB1a I-140 got approved in Jan 2008,and I requested interfile/relink. Now my green card is approved based on my Eb1a I-140.I once spoke to several immigration officers at TSC. Here is my experience for interfile/relink from them:
1.All the I-140s and I485 in the same folder. If there is an approved I-140 for adjudication of I-485, the pending I-140 can be withdrawn and the I-485 is still in valid.
2. Send letters and faxes to Employment-based Unit Supervisor for requesting relink.
3.Try your best to contact with IO directly for your situation.

Eb2-NIW I140: RD 7/2/07 pending and REF, TSC
EB1a I140: RD 1/1/08,AD 1/24/08 TSC
I-485: RD7/2/07,AD 6/14/08 TSC
