Pjang, 看了你博客中linked 的回答，I understand I should I should write my H1B expiration date on I539, not laid off date. But this caused the following question:

(1) I should write a letter attached my I539 to explain that I laid off so I have to change to F2. That letter will say I laid off last week June 2nd.

(2) Do I have to attach this laid off letter to this I539?

(3)After my F2 approved,if I get a job, can I still can do regular H1B transfer without applying for new H-1B 配额？
