I have question:
1. I used H visa came back to US , I renewed my H1B after reenter, may I use 30 day rule (use H1B) to reenter US after landing Canada?
2. my son used AP came back to US, and he used the AP's I-94 applied H4, should he use Ap or H4 to come back US after landing canada?
if he uses AP come back (The AP he used last time reenter still valid), does this mean his H4 is canceled automaticly?
