Only when the approval (of LC or I-140) was found to be fraudulent or approved due to errors, then it will affect your I-140 or GC. Revocation due to employer withdrawn has no effect on your approved I-140 after 180 days in AOS.
If it was fraud or error to approve LC or I-140, then even LPR can be revoked, and USCIS can sue to have your US citizenship stripped in court, if such USC is acquired based on fraud.
