I have read the full memo, but don't quite understand what is exactly means. I am in the process of changing the job. Do I have the risk by changing employer?

My case is the EB2 R&R case which was approved by backlog center. My I-140 was approved last May, and I-485 is pending over a year. My PD is 2004 June. Should I wait to change the job after get the I-1485 approved?

Please help with the questions. Your response is more than appreciated.
