N400 2nd finger print

I had my N400 interview on March 2006, since then I have been waiting for my NC to be cleared. Yesterday I received a new finger print notice and some kind of Sworn Statement.
Does anybody have similar experience? does it make sense to assume that my NC is cleared, and INS is picking up my case?
